摘要
考虑橡胶类材料具有超弹性、不可压缩性和大变形等特性,对高水头弧门伸缩式水封进行了非线性(材料、几何、接触非线性)有限元分析,指出某常规断面水封存在翼头主应力、接触应力集中、封头外偏移量大的缺点.并将水封翼头圆弧加大,封头加高、加宽以及对封头外形做适当调整后进行计算,结果表明上述改进有效地改善了常规断面应力分布不均和水封封头外偏移量大的缺点,为高水头弧门伸缩式水封的断面形式设计提供了有益参考.
Considering that the rubber material is a super-elastic, imcompressible and large deformation material, the paper does some nonlinear (material nonlinear, geometry nonlinear and boundary nonlinear)finite element analysis of the adjustable seal in high-head radial gate. The results indicate that the conventional model has the disadvantages of both principal stress and contact stress on the lower rubber and large displacement on the top rubber. After improvement including increasing the radian on the lower rubber, heightening and widening the top rubber and properly adjusting the form on the top rubber, the above-mentioned disadvantages are eliminated effectively; and the results can provide valuable reference for the design of the section model of adjustable seals in high-head radial gates.
