摘要 介绍了集成产品研发管理,其目的是运用产品战略和动态评价机制实现多型号产品研发及其柔性能力调度,构建柔性能力管理机制需要能力发布、能力引用、能力需求动态匹配等模块的有效协作,其核心是任务委派算法,即在分析过程模型和绩效指标的基础上,实现资源的优化调度.通过该算法的实施,可以优化项目研发中资源的动态变更,同时通过实例分析,验证算法的有效性. Goal of integrated product R&D management is to realize the multi-models product R&D and the flexible ability dispatching by using the product strategy and the dynamic appraisal mechanism. For constructing flexible ability management, it is required that modules of ability released, ability quoted, ability dynamically matched effectively cooperatation. Task appointment, as key link of flexible workflow, can optimize dynamic modification of resources in project, provide schedule algorithm about resources changed dynamically. A case study is given to verify the performance of the algorithm.
