摘要
采用简便的方法合成了稀土席夫碱配合物Nd(H2Salen)2Cl3.2C2H5OH(H2Salen是指N,N-′disalicyli-deneethylenediamine),用红外光谱、元素分析和络合滴定的方法确定了配合物的分子式.发现Nd(H2Salen)2Cl3.2C2H5OH与Al(i-Bu)3和CCl4组成的三元催化体系是苯乙烯(St)溶液聚合的良好催化剂.在St/Nd摩尔比为1 000的低催化剂用量下,50℃聚合20 h,可以制得50%转化率,粘均相对分子质量为17.5×104,全同结构为52.3%,间规结构为47.7%的聚苯乙烯.
Rare earth-Schiff base complex Nd(H2Salen)2Cl3- 2C2 H5 OH was synthesized by a simple and convenient method, and characterized by IR and elemental analysis. The catalyst system composed of Nd(H2Salen)2Cl3·2C2 H5 OH/Al(i-Bu)3/CCl4 was effective for the polymerization of styrene (St). The optimum conditions are as follows: [St]/ [Nd] = 1 000, [CCl4]/[Nd] =9, [Al]/[Nd]=30, polymerized at 50 ℃ for 20 h. The resulting Polystyrene was characterized by NMR, and GPC. The results of NMR showed that the polymer obtained has a stereostructure with 52.3% isotacticity and 47.7 % syndiotacticity without any random structure.
