摘要
本文介绍了已研制成功的一种短直刃硬齿面滚刀的设计特点及性能,并与同类滚刀的加工误差及特性进行了比较,证明该刀具结构简单、易于制造、成本低廉而且加工精度较高。
A short and straight edge hob for machining hardened gear surface is designed in this paper.The characteristics of the hob are introduced.Compared with others,this kind of hob is of low cost,simply construc-ted and with higher working accuracy.
