摘要
本文就传统定额模式与工程量清单计价模式进行比较,探索两者之间的内在联系和本质区别,提出改革传统定额,推行工程量清单计价模式,推进建筑工程造价管理制度的改革,规范市场经济秩序。
The paper compares the traditional quota mode and the valuating model of engineering quantifies bill, discusses the internal relation and the essential distinction,proposes the reformation of traditional quota and the pursuit of valuating model for engineering quantites bill,the reformation of cost management system,the standardization of market-oriented economy sequence.
