大头金蝇蛹壳表皮碳氢化合物分析影响因子研究

摘要 应用气相色谱法对大头金蝇蛹壳表皮碳氢化合物分析的影响因子进行研究.结果表明,正己烷提取时间对表皮碳氢化合物提取液的组成有显著影响,但提取5min后,提取液组成趋于稳定.进样口温度对n-C31及此前各色谱峰的相对百分含量均无显著影响,但对n-C32、n-C33有显著影响.此外,进样量及程序升温的初始温度对色谱分析无显著影响.综上所述,气相色谱分析的各因子对蛹壳表皮碳氢化合物分析均可能有一定影响,在分析时应尽可能保持一致. The effects of several factors of cuticular hydrocarbons in puparial Chrysomya rnegacephala were investigated in gas chromatographic analysis. The results showed that the analysis was affected significantly by time for hexane extraction, with composition of the extracts being relatively constant after extracting for over 5 min. The inlet temperature had no significant effect on the relative amounts of n-C31 and those peaks eluting before, but had significant effects on that of n-C32 and n-C33. In addition, sample size and initial temperature of the column temperature program had no significant effect on the analysis. In conclusion, all factors in gas chromatographic analysis of puparial cuticular hydrocarbons might have effects on the analytical results, so they should be kept constant.
