摘要
以耐热性不同的“夏抗40”和“种都冬青”两个莴笋品种的幼苗为材料,研究了以22℃/15℃(d/n)为对照,32℃/28℃(d/n)、37℃/30℃(d/n)高温胁迫期间以及随后的恢复过程中植株叶绿素和抗氧化系统的变化。高温胁迫条件下,莴笋幼苗的叶绿素总量和类胡萝卜素的含量都低于对照;MDA含量则随高温胁迫时间的延长不断上升,热敏品种上升幅度大,37℃/30℃(d/n)条件下差异显著;高温胁迫过程中,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性均高于对照,解除胁迫后,都能恢复对照水平;脯氨酸(Pro)含量在高温胁迫下比对照有明显增长,32℃/28℃(d/n)处理48h与对照呈显著差异,Pro含量的增加与耐热性成正相关。
Effects of two high temperature stress 32℃/28℃ (d/n), 37℃/30℃ (d/n) on chlorophyl 1 and autioxidant systems in lettuce seedlings of heat-tolerant "Xiakang40" and heat-sensitive "Zhongdudongqing" were studied. Under high temperature condition ,the contents of total chlorophyll and carotenoid decreased by more than 18 percent as compared with the control ,which were hard to recover. With the prolonging time of high temperature stress , MDA content improved fast, showing more significant effects at 37℃/30℃ (d/n) in heat-sensitive lettuce seedlings. High temperature stress increased the activities of SOD,CAT and APX . The activities of these enzymes returned to normal after 3 days of recovery under normal conditions. Pro content increased markedly under 32℃/28℃ (d/n) , at the same time ,much less in heat-folerant "Xiakang40" than in heat-sensitive "Zhongdudongqing".
