麦饭石对黄瓜种子萌发和细胞分裂的影响

Effect of Medical Stone on the Seed Germination and Cell Division of Cucumber

研究了麦饭石对黄瓜种子萌发和细胞分裂的影响。用不同浓度麦饭石溶液处理黄瓜种子,结果表明:在适宜的浓度范围内,麦饭石能促进黄瓜种子的萌发和根尖细胞的分裂。试验得出适宜的浓度范围是在2%～8%之间。

Studied the affection of medical stone on the seed germination and cell division of cucumber. Cucumber seeds were treated by medical stone with different concentration. It was showed that,in the appropriate concentration （2%～8%）, medical stone could promote the seed germination and root tip cell division.
