双线圈继电器线圈互感效应导致的可靠性问题案例研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对继电保护与电力自动化设备现场实际使用中,双线圈小型出口中间继电器所出现的典型问题案例,从分析双线圈继电器线圈互感效应与消弧回路优化方案选择入手,以实验测量验证为依据,系统地比较分析、研究了双线圈继电器的线圈两端不接消弧回路、并联电阻二极管消弧回路、并联电阻电容消弧回路等方案的优缺点。并提出了实际运行中相关典型可靠性故障问题的解决方案:并联电阻与电容消弧回路(电容量可根据消弧电压与动作时间的要求择优选择)可以从根本上消除双线圈继电器因线圈互感效应导致的线圈匝间击穿、短路、发热、断线等恶性故障。 To the typical problem of the miniature intermediate relay of double-coil appearing in the particular application of relay protection and electric power automation equipment, this paper introduces optimizing plans of coil mutual inductance of the double-coil relay and arc-restrainting circuit.It analyses and studies according to experiments the advantage and shortcoming of a number of plans,such as the both ends of the double coils not connecting the arc-restrainting circuit, the both ends parallel connecting resistance and capacitance etc. It also gives a solution to the typical reliability problem in actural operation, i. e. parallel connecting the resistance and capacitance arc-restrainting circuit to eliminate and capacitance arc-rtstrainting circuit to eliminate coil short circuit,heating,breaking off, etc.due to the coil mutual inductance of the double-coil relay.
