摘要
用数值模拟技术可以有效分析在温度与压力作用下的射孔效果。数值模拟的精度和有效性的验证则是一个新问题。借助西安通源公司的地面试验测试装置进行了爆炸冲击的流固耦合数值模拟的精度验证,根据地面试验测试装备和结构以及复合射孔枪内的试验载荷曲线,用数值模拟分析地面测试设备中的环空压力和射孔枪的残余变形,分析对比试验测量得到的枪身残余变形量以及环空压力的峰值,对比结果是两者的环空压力-时间曲线波形的主要形态基本一致,环空压力峰值和残余变形量的最大相对误差不超过8%。在此基础上,规划今后的数值模拟研究方向和内容。其模拟结果证明能够满足石油工程精度的要求。把握了数值计算精度的条件,可在石油射孔专业中从事一些数值模拟的具体应用研究。
Petroleum perforation is carried out in liquid-solid medium with complex structure at several kilometers underground, its effect is difficulty to be observed and measured, nevertheless, numerical simulation technique of petroleum perforation could have been an effective research and analysis means instead of many experiments. But it is the primary precondition that the accuracy of the numerical simulation must be verified in advance. Our verification was carried out with the ground experimental casing model tester of Xi'an Tong Yuan Company. The verification processes as: establishing numerical model simulating the tester, calculating with the FSI (Fluid and Solid Interaction) explosive and impact numerical simulation algorithm of LS-Dnya, comparing the results of simulation to experiment. The comparison result is that both waves of annulus pressure-time curves are basically accordant, the relative errors of annulus pressure peak values and perforator residual deformations between both are not great than 8%. The results show that the accuracy of numerical simulation could meet the requirement of the perforation, so some applicable studies of numerical simulation might be developed. Several proposals for use of numerical simulation in foundational research of petroleum perforation are elaborated.
