摘要 研制了集高穿深和高孔密于一体的HSD89型射孔器。分析了影响深穿透射孔器穿深性能的装枪孔密、射孔弹排列结构、弹间干扰、枪内炸高、射孔弹装药结构和药型罩等因素,阐述了在高孔密条件下弹间干扰对射孔器性能的影响及炸高对射孔弹性能的影响。认为当射孔器直径较小时,射孔弹的开口和高度是提高射孔器的穿深性能的2个关键参数。在设计中采取多种措施增加弹间距,以减少弹间干扰,保证穿深。详细介绍了多种设计方案的试验筛选过程。经检测,产品孔密26孔/m,混凝土靶平均穿深409 mm、套管平均孔径9.0 mm,达到了设计要求。 Developed is a HSD89 perforator integrating high shot density and deep penetration together. Main factors effecting penetration performance of the perforator, such as shot density, shot pattern, charge interference, stand-off, explosive geometry, charge liner ete are analyzed; influence of charge interference on perforator performance under high shot density, and influence of stand-off on perforation charge performance are expatiated. Considered is that for perforator with small diameter its placket and height are the two key parameters for improving its penetration depth. Multi-means were taken to increase charge clearance and decrease charge interference for optimizing penetration depth. The experimental screening processes of various design schemes are elaborated. The perforator performance tested meets the expected requirement, i. e. : shot density is 26 hole/m, average penetration depth in concrete target is 409 mm, average aperture at easing is 9.0 mm.
