摘要 介绍了多级增效射孔技术原理,以及下挂式和外套式2种多级脉冲增效射孔器产品结构。给出了多级脉冲增效射孔枪内装药量和二级增效火药量的参考计算公式,在参考了欧文公司和中原油田一体式增效射孔数据和经验的基础上,确定出产品的点火延迟期。产品耐温160℃,48h;耐压60MPa;点火延迟期≥25ms;峰值压力50-120MPa。该技术可以使新井增产,也可以解除老井油流裂缝的污染。给出了井下试验测试曲线。已申请国家发明专利。 The technical principle of multistage beneficiated perforation and the configuration of two types of new multistage pulse heneficiated perforator (MPBP), suspended-type and oversleeve-type, are introduced. The formulae for calculating explosive quantity of MPBP and 2-stage heneficiation are written out. Referring to pressure-time (p-t) data and experiences of incorpo- rated beneficiated perforators of Irving Co. and Zhongyuan Oilfield, the ignition delay time of the MPBP product was determined. The specifications of the product are. temperature 160℃, 48 h; pressure 60 MPa; ignition delay time ≥25 ms; peak pressure 50-120 MPa. The downhole testing p-t curves are shown. The technology can make new well increase its production, old well release its contamination in seepage fracture, and has applied for China invention patent.
