基于定性信息标杆的选择方法和最佳决策模型 被引量:3

摘要 为解决待决策单元标杆的选择问题,提出了定性信息标杆的决策模型。用物元的发散性思想找到与待决策单元同名、同值、同征的单元并收集它们的定性信息;用层次分析方法给出了待决策单元标杆的选择方法;用数据包络分析方法给出了依赖标杆的最佳决策模型。从实际应用中可以看出,量化的决策模型对提高决策单元的效益有显著的作用,在总投资降低27.3%,固定资产降低20.1%,营业成本降低13.4%的情形下,利润却增加182.7%。此模型对待决策单元基于定性信息标杆的选择问题给出了一种解决方法,该模型理论上利用了各种提高效益的潜在因素的模型,因此在实践中具有较强的可操作性。 In order to address the choice problem of benchmarking in the policy-making unit, the qualitative information benchmarking model in the policy-making process is proposed. The policy-making unit of the same name and value are found, the corresponding information is collected, and the choice method for decision unit is proposed using AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) methods. The best decision model relying on the benchmark is expressed by using DEA ( Data Envelope Analysis). In view of practical application, the qualitative policy-making model has a significant impact on improving the efficiency of policy-making unit. The total investment reduced 27.3%, fixed assets decreased about 20. 1%, the operating costs decreased about 13.4%, the profit has increased by 182. 7%. This decision model proposed a method to choose the policy-making unit based on the qualitative information benchmark, and it makes use of all kinds of general latent factors in the models making system more effective. So, this decision model is of great significance in the practice application.
