摘要
本文介绍了玻璃缺陷的 CCD 自动检测原理、系统设计原则及信号处理方法。方案中用 FIFO 解决缺陷密度增高时微型计算机的实时处理能力差的问题,利用微型计算机实现缺陷检测信号与切割信号自动同步。
