Research on Sustainable Development of Enterprise Education

企业教育必须根据企业发展需求培养人才,既要抓培训教育又要抓学历教育。要加强师资建设、教材建设,加强企业教育科研,政府应当出台有关政策鼓励企业加大教育投入。行业和企业必须各司其职,保证企业教育可持续发展。

It is necessary for the enterprise to carry on enterprise education,including vocational training and certificate education, which should be based on the requirement of the business＂ development. It should enhance the construction of teaching staff and the teaching materials, as well as the educational researches in the enterprise. The government should establish certain policy to encourage enterprises increasing the educational investment. The industries and enterprise should fulfill their duties to engage in the sustainable development of enterprise education.
