高职教育“工学结合”人才培养模式探究

Study on Cultivating Pattern of "Combining Learning with Working" in Higher Vocational Education

高职院校实施的“工学结合”人才培养模式的基本特点是企业参与了人才培养的全过程;学生具有“员工”和学生双重身份。“订单式”等“工学结合”人才培养模式实施,基本实现了职业教育与就业岗位的“无缝”对接,收到了学校、企业、学生(家长)三赢的效果。

The essential feature of cultivating pattern of ＂combining learning with working＂ implemented in higher vocational institute is that the enterprise participates the whole process of training people. The students are of double identities - ＂employee＂ and ＂student＂. The implementation of cultivating pattern of ＂combining learning with working＂ such as ＂order pattern＂ realizes the seamless connection from vocational education with the job and therefore achieves the effect of multiple- win among college, enterprise and student （parent）.
