目前我国城市中的商品房售价过高,在很大程度上已经严重影响城市居民的生活水平与幸福指数,以北京市房价增涨幅度过大的过程为例,对房价涨幅的原因以及影响,相关对策进行相关论证。

House prices in many cities in our country have affected the standard of living and happiness index of urban inhabitants severely because of its increasing speed. This article expounds the reason of price increasing, the influences and countermeasures by making house price of Beijing as an example.
