A Study of the Martial Ethics of the Contemporary War with Demos-participants

人民战争实际应然目的是为了人民群体的生活自由免除侵害。人民群众的绝大多数主动甚至自发地参与战争,才形成人民战争的格局。政治集团实行与战争目的相一致的军事政策,是人民战争形成的一个重要的条件。具备这些条件的前提则是政治集团的伦理观符合时代和民族的需要。高技术条件下战争中的人依然是战争的决定因素,武器不是决定性因素。人民伦理观是支配高技术的前提条件。

The practical objects of a war with demos-participation aims to protect the freedom of the community＇s daily life from any attack or damage. The main factor for the formation of such a war is due to the common people＇s participation. In other words, the accordance of the political and military blocs＇ policies with the common people＇s benefits consists the premise of such a war. The determinants for a contemporary high-tech war still the man instead of the weapon. Thus, the demon martial ethics is the premise that dominates the contemporary high-tech wars.
