SDH/ATM/IP混合传输是城域光网络中一种常见的传输方式。它兼容了大量的TDM应用业务,满足了日益增长的数据业务要求;它采用了目前最为成熟的SDH组网和保护技术,同时,吸收了ATM和IP所具有的保护属性,便于管理。

Mixed transmission of SDH/ATM / IP is a sort of advisable transmission mode of metropolitan area optical network. It is not only compatible with TDM applied widely for the moment ,but also meets the growing demand of a large number of data service . Besides , it adopts the most matured networking and protecting technology of SDH and absorbs the protecting attribution of ATM and IP , so it is more convenient for control.
