多发性创伤病人呼吸道急救护理的临床研究

A clinical study on emergency care of respiratory tract of patients with multiple wounds

[目的]探讨多发性创伤病人快速有效的伤情评估、急救护理方法。[方法]对103例多发性创伤病人采用“五、三、三、九”系列急救护理模式,进行初步伤情评估和急救护理。[结果]利用“五、三、三、九”系列急救护理模式可迅速、准确地判断多发伤病人的伤情,及时、有效地解除威胁多发伤病人生命的呼吸道问题。[结论]“五、三、三、九”系列救护方法可保证病人呼吸循环的稳定,给疾病的诊断、治疗的调整及专科的进一步处理创造了有利时机,为提高救治率、降低并发症和伤残率创造了良好的条件。

Objective： To probe into the rapid and effective evaluation methods on traumatic condition and emergency care for patients with multiple wounds. Methods： Primary evaluation and emergency care on traumatic condition of a total of 103 patients with multiple wounds were carried out by ＂five- three- three- nine＂ system of emergency care mode. Results： The ＂five - three - three - nine＂ series of emergency care mode was helpful to judge the traumatic condition of patients with multiple wounds and solve problems of respiratory tract threatening the life of patients effectively and in time. Conclusion： The ＂five - three - three- nine＂ series of emergency care methods may ensure the stability of respiration and circulation of patients. And it could provide expedient opportunity for diagnosis of illness, adjustment of treatment and further professional handling, so that to create a better condition for enhancing rescuing rate, lowering complications and disability rate of patients
