摘要 利用ADAMS软件建立悬架转向机构的虚拟样机模型,系统分析转向梯形断开点对阿克曼转向特性和车轮前束角变化特性的影响,并对转向梯形断开点位置进行优化计算,同时进行试验验证。研究结果表明,该方法使转向梯形断开点的设计更为精确、清晰,提高了工作效率;优化设计后,改善了转向梯形的运动特性和车轮前束角随车轮跳动行程的变化特性。 The multi-body kinematics model of the McPherson suspension was established by using ADAMS/Car software. The effect of splitting point on Ackerman steering linkage and suspension kinematics "characteristic has been studied. Meanwhile, the parameters of the splitting point of Ackerman steering linkage were optimized. Experimental study has been carried out. The results indicated that the method made the design of the splitting point of Ackerman steering linkage more concise and clear, and the parameters of optimization improved the Ackerman steering linkage and suspension kinematics characteristic.
