气管内麻醉期间小儿呼吸系统总顺应性测定 被引量:1

Measurement of total respiratory compliance during intratracheal anesthesia in children

摘要 57例正常心肺功能的小儿于气管内麻醉期间采用恒定的潮气量(10ml/kg)作机械通气时测定呼吸系统总顺应性(Crs)。结果显示Crs与身高、体重、体表面积和年龄等因素均有非常显著相关关系,尤以身高相关最显著(r=0.9177),各年龄组间比顺应性差别无显著意义(P>0.05),故比较小儿与成人的Crs应采用比顺应性。临床上婴幼儿可以体重进行Crs的预测。 Measurement of total respiratory compliance (Cr) was performed during intratracheal anesthesia in 57 children with normal cardiopulmonary function. The conditions of Cr measurement were tidal volume (V_T) 10ml/kg, inhale to exhale (Ⅰ:E ) 1:1.5, respiration rate 22-24 bpm during mechanical ventilation. Patients were at supine position and the data were obtained within 10 minutes from DATEX Capnomac Ultima monitor after tracheal intubation. The results showed that height, weight, surface area or age was correlated remarkably with Cr respectively. The calculated compliance of each age group was not significantly different (P>0.05). From clinical point of view,it is suggested that the weight can be advantageous to forecasting Cr of children.
