摘要
针对目前中小型高校图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务中存在的问题,通过实际调查提出合理化参考咨询的模型,并就模型中的重点部分进行论述。同时,指出图书馆的虚拟参考咨询建设要以本馆实际情况为基础,不能盲目赶时髦,要以实用为本,以期达到通过最小的投入获得最大的产出,充分利用现有的人力物力更好地为用户提供信息服务。
This paper introduces the problems nowadays existing in virtual reference service in small and medium sized university libraries. With a thorough investigation, it shows a rational model for virtual reference service and makes an elaboration on the key part of the model. Simultaneously, the paper points out that the construction of virtual reference service should focus on the current condition of each library and the performance of the model so as to achieve the biggest output by the smallest investment. The library ought to make the full use of the existing human and physical resources to offer a better information service.
