摘要
本文提出了一种基于高次方程难解性及大数分解难题的公开密钥体制。分析表明,它具有与RSA体制同样的保密性,而其运算速度远高于RSA体制。
This paper presents a public-key cryptosystem based on intractable for solving high order equation and intractable for factoring large number. Analysis shows that it is as security as RSA, it's performing is faster than RSA's.
