摘要
针对微波化学研究需要数量级为GHz以上的截止频率、场分布均匀的实验装置,设计了一种用于微波化学实验机理研究的新型横电磁传输室(Transverse Electromagnetic Cell,TEM Cell),它的形状不同于已有的TEM Cell,其两侧边向内凹成弓形。通过数值仿真,并与其它两种传统的具有相同外形尺寸的TEM Cell截止频率和场分布数值仿真结果作比较,得出新型TEM Cell的截止频率高于其它两种TEM Cell的截止频率,场分布均匀区域更宽。
TEM Cells (Transverse Electromagnetic Cell) with high cut-off frequency and homogeneous distribution of electromagnetic field are required in microwave-chemistry experiments. A novel TEM Cell which is used in microwave chemistry experiments is designed. The shape of this TEM Cell is different from the conventional TEM Cells. Its both sides are concave. The cut-off frequency and distribution of electromagnetic field of this novel TEM Cell are simulated by Finite Integration Method. It is concluded that the cut-off frequency of the novel TEM Cell is higher than that of the other two conventional TEM cells which are of the same size as the novel TEM Cell, and the distribution of electromagnetic field of novel TEM Cell is more homogeneous and wider than that of the latter as well.
