On Collecting and Utilizing Earlier Regional Archives Written in Russian and Japanese

散落于社会的黑龙江省旧俄、日文地方文献很多,而这些地方文献的征集与开发具有重要价值。本文就旧俄、日文地方文献的征集范围、征集方法以及保管和开发利用提出了建议。认为省图书馆应与其它各类型图书馆合作,充分收藏利用这批文献,为振兴黑龙江省服务。

There are many regional archives of earlier days written in Russian and Japanese scattered in the society in Hei- longjiang province, The collection and utilization of these archives can be of great value. The paper has put forward suggestions on the scope and method of collection, and on the protection, development and utilization of these archives. The author believes that the provincial library should cooperate with other libraries in collecting and utilizing these archives. This should serve the revitalization of Heilongjiang province.
