关于如何解决纸制型图书消毒的问题,我们做了一些实践探索,经过消毒前后对样本微生物的培养监测,证明了所检图书100%检出霉菌;但在经过微波高效杀菌消毒后,细菌杀灭率接近90%,效果较好。

On the issue of solving the problem of paper book disinfections, we have some practical exploration by monitoring the microorganism culture before and after the disinfections. It has proved that hundred percent of the paper books has molds. After microwave high-efficient disinfections, the effect is perfect; with almost 90% in bacteria disinfections.
