充分发挥公共图书馆在建设文化强省中的主导优势

Bring the Dominant Advantages of Public Libraries in Constructing a Culture Advanced Province

陕西省的公共图书馆发展,从布局、藏书量、自动化程度到馆员素质、服务内容和服务质量等各方面,都与很多先进省市公共图书馆发展有很大的差距,远远不能满足信息时代和学习化社会中公众的精神文化信息需求。文章从三个方面论述如何充分发挥公共图书馆的职能作用,为将陕西省建设成为文化强省做出自身应有的贡献。

The development level of our province public library has significant differences in the advanced provinces in many aspects, such as the distribution book deposit volume, degrees of automation, automation level, service content and service quality. To improve the service of public library and to meet the social culture and information needs better, the paper has described means to bring into fully play of the administrative functions of public libraries in turning Shaanxi Province into a culture advanced province.
