摘要
职业的“高原现象”存在于各行各业。在图书馆这种现象也大量存在。透过现象看本质,我们有必要从心理上来透析现象的形成根源,以期能寻找到逾越“高原现象”的有效对策。
The professional ＂plateau phenomena＂ , does exist in all walks of life, so does in library career, It is necessary for us to analyze the source of the phenomena from the angle of psychology to find out the essence of the phenomenon, so as to find out the effective methods to ovcrstep the ＂plateau phenomenon＂ .
