摘要
获取经费是乡村社区图书馆解决其生存发展的关键,文章研究的是在政府财力有限的情况下怎样获取社会的有效捐助,包括不在意资金、互益捐助和捐赠,并介绍了美国图书馆界获取捐赠资金的一些情况。
It is the key to solve its survival and development of rural community library to obtain funds. The paper has studied means to get social effective assistance under situations of limited government finance, including valid donation of the society, paying no attention to fund, benefit is offered and presents each other, and introduced some situations in which the American library circle obtaining donation funds.
