摘要
给实验大鼠饮含0.5%NaClO_4的自来水,造成甲状腺功能低下,测定甲低功状态下肝、肾组织中线粒体α-磷酸甘油脱氢酶(α-GPD)的活性。结果表明,实验组肝、肾α-GPD活性明显低于对照组,P<0.01。血清T_3、T_4与肝脏α-GPD活性进行相关检验,提示血清T_3、T_4与肝脏α-GPD之间有明显的相关。
The purpose of this study was to determine mitochondrial-glycerophosphate dehydrogenase(α-GPD)activity in liver and kidney of hypothyroid rats.The experimental hypothyoid rats wene induced with 0.5%NaClo_4 put in their drinking water.The results showed that the(α-GPD activity of liver and kidney decreased significantly in the contiol group(P<0.01).changes of(α-GPD activity directly related to concentration of T_3 and T_4 in serum.Based on the α-GPD and T_3 and T_4 the organs that is sensitive to thyroid hormone can be found out.
