摘要
基于小型电机转子自身的特点,提出了一种可靠的整周期采样方法。针对不同的干扰信号,采用硬件二阶有源滤波、软件时域平均算法、互相关算法等有效地抑制了干扰信号的影响,准确地提取了工频分量,提高了不平衡量的测量精度。
A reliable integer-period sampling method was proposed based on the original characteristics of the rotors of the small-sized motors. The influence of interfering signals was efficiently suppressed using second-order active filter, time domain average algorithm, and inter-correlation algorithm for various interfering signals, the operation frequency quantity was extracted accurately, and the measuring accuracy of the unbalance quantity was increased.
