摘要
长期以来,成人高等教育课程问题没有受到足够的重视,“普教化”现象严重,脱离成人学习者的工作和生活。从成人学习者的角度出发,提出“学习需求导向型”的成人高等教育课程开发观,探讨成人高等教育课程开发的主要流程与策略,将有益于成人课程开发的指导与决策。
For a long time, less attention has been paid to adult higher education curriculum. It goes in accordance with general education and loses contact with adults' life and work. From the angle of adult students, this paper advances an outlook of learning leading model in adult higher education curriculum development, and explores its procedure and tactics.
