摘要
采用电沉积镉负极生产工艺,取代目前使用的粘结式和烧结式镉负极生产工艺,用于镉镍电池的制造,可提高镉镍电池的工作性能和寿命,特别是提高电池的快充快放性能,耐高温和耐低温性能,减少自放电.比容量可以达到45mAh/cm^2和359mAh/g.目前我国镉镍电池的负极绝大部分仍然采用烧结式和粘结式的生产工艺,据统计国内仅四家镉镍电池生产厂采用电沉积工艺生产镉负极.
Cadmium electrodeposition technique is presently being used in Ni-Cd battery production instead of plastic-bonded and sintered technology. Electrodeposited Cd electrode is beneficial in terms of improving the battery performance, in particular the high and low temperature performance and the cycle life, increasing the charge and discharge rate, and reducing the self-discharge rate. A specific capacity of 45 mAh/cm2 and 359 mAh/g can be obtained for the elec-trodeposited Cd electrode.
