摘要
混凝土冷却塔在石化及电力等行业被广泛应用,但混凝土塔体存在着严重的腐蚀问题,特别是在北方寒冷地区更为突出。文章对腐蚀原因进行了详细分析,其中水对混凝土组分的溶蚀、混凝土的冻融破坏以及钢筋的腐蚀膨胀作用是造成塔体结构破坏的主要原因。进行水质处理、选用耐蚀水泥及骨料、在塔体表面涂覆涂料或衬玻璃钢以及优化操作等措施可使腐蚀问题得到控制。
In the electric power and petrochemical industries where concrete cooling towers have been extensively applied, the concrete cooling towers suffer from severe corrosion especially in the northern area of China. The causes of corrosion are analyzed in detail, especially the dissolution corrosion, freezing melting damage and corrosion expansion of steel rods. Appropriate cooling water treatment, selection of corrosion - resistant cement and reinforcement materials, application of coatings or fiber glass lining for the tower and optimization of tower operation can bring the corrosion under control.
