针对中国石油天然气集团公司兰州石化公司柴油加氢装置分馏塔塔顶低温冷凝部位的腐蚀问题,重点讨论了H_2S-H_2O腐蚀环境的腐蚀介质来源、腐蚀过程和腐蚀形态,并提出了具体的防护措施。在稳定吸收塔分馏塔塔顶冷凝系统应用HFY-109加氢缓蚀剂后,大大降低了冷凝水中的Fe^(2+)浓度,取得了良好的缓蚀效果,并与以前使用的中和剂A进行了经济技术比较。

On the basis of corrosion in the overhead low - temperature condensation system of the Fractionator of diesel hydrotreating unit of CNPC Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, the corrosion media sources, corrosion process and corrosion forms in H2S - H2O environment are discussed and effective measures are proposed. The addition of HFY - 109 corrosion inhibitor into the condensation system at the fractionator overhead has greatly reduced the Fe： ~ concentration in the water condensate and corrosion has been controlled. The economics with that of neutralization agent A applied before is compared.
