教师能力培养提升呈现多阶段的连续过程,必须通过相应的专业的教师能力教育和实践训练才能逐步实现。县乡成人文化技术学校教师能力培养提升的有效对策是:引导教师制订个人能力发展规划;以推进教师专业化为保障,活化能力培训的场效应;基于教师自身体验、感悟、反思、建构而催生实践性智慧;不断完善能力提升的长效机制等。

It requires a step by step multiple and successive stage to promote teachers＇ abilities, and which only can be achieved by professional teacher-ability-education and practices. Some effective measures to promote teachers＇ abilities of adult cultural and technical school in county and rural regions listed in this paper are： to help teachers to work out an individual development plan; to implement the policy of teacher - specialization so as to activate the field effect of ability training; to accumulate experiences and acquire wisdom on one＇ s thoughts and reflections.
