摘要
教师能力培养提升呈现多阶段的连续过程,必须通过相应的专业的教师能力教育和实践训练才能逐步实现。县乡成人文化技术学校教师能力培养提升的有效对策是:引导教师制订个人能力发展规划;以推进教师专业化为保障,活化能力培训的场效应;基于教师自身体验、感悟、反思、建构而催生实践性智慧;不断完善能力提升的长效机制等。
It requires a step by step multiple and successive stage to promote teachers' abilities, and which only can be achieved by professional teacher-ability-education and practices. Some effective measures to promote teachers' abilities of adult cultural and technical school in county and rural regions listed in this paper are: to help teachers to work out an individual development plan; to implement the policy of teacher - specialization so as to activate the field effect of ability training; to accumulate experiences and acquire wisdom on one' s thoughts and reflections.
