20世纪90年代以后,国际产业转移呈现出一些新的趋势和特点。“十一五”时期,随着我国经济的迅速发展和对外开放的扩大,承接国际产业转移的重点产业也将发生变化。辽宁作为中国的老工业基地,如何主动地有选择地利用国际产业转移加快经济发展,就成为一个重要的研究课题。
