摘要
本文分析了忠诚顾客给企业带来的价值,运用二层神经网络分析忠诚顾客的价值类型,得出各个类型的忠诚顾客对企业利润的不同贡献率。提出针对不同类型的顾客,运用不同的方法巩固和提高其对企业的忠诚度。
this paper discusses the vale of loyal customers .the value types of loyal customers is analysed by neural network model .loyal customers of different styles make different contribution to a company .so ,different methods should be used to consolidate and improve the loyalty to a company for different customers.
