摘要
自我国加入WTO后,外资加大了对我国重点行业中龙头企业的并购力度,并呈现垄断中国市场之趋势,强化我国外资并购规制势在必行。文章分析研究了西方三个最具代表性的发达市场经济国家外资并购规制的经验,在此基础上,立足我国国情,借鉴西方国家经验,提出了加强我国外资并购规制的系列措施。
From Chinese enter into WTO, the foreign-capital have merged more and more dragon enterprises in China＇s key industries, appeared the trend of monopoly. So, it is the trend of strengthening foreign-merge regulation. The paper studies experience of three developed countries in west. Based on that, the paper puts forward measures of strengthening China＇s foreign-merge regulation.
