Crystal方法在现场开发中的应用研究

摘要 现场开发给传统的软件开发方法带来了很大的困难,但是在很多情况下现场开发又是不可避免的。而从敏捷开发来看,现场开发却有很多有利于项目成功的因素。本文结合现场开发的特点与Crystal的原则,给出了一个可行的敏捷方法。
