对外直接投资对我国经济的中宏观影响分析

The Macroscopical and Medium Analysis about the Relationship Between China's Direct Investments and China's Economy

虽然我国的产业国际竞争力不断提高,部分产业中也涌现出一批旗帜性企业,并且国内"储蓄"资金利用率不高,但推行对外直接投资还是被放到了一个次要的位置。本文分析认为,推动对外直接投资,不仅有利于满足经济发展扩张性、可持续发展、产业结构调整、减少国内经济增长波动、突破发达国家的"技术内循环",而且不会产生所谓的产业实业空心化和就业等问题。因此,对外直接投资对我国经济发展具有战略性意义。

China＇s direct investment overseas is pushed to the secondary position despite of the increasing of our international industrial competitiveness, the appearing of some flagship enterprises and the low utilization ratio of domestic savings. The promotion of our direct investment overseas is not only beneficial to the expansion and sustaining of our economy, the adjustment of our industrial structure, the smoothening of domestic economical fluctuation, the breaking of inner technological circulation of developed countries, but also will not lead to unemployment. Therefore, our direct investment overseas is of strategic significance to our economical development.
