本文从词义理解与逻辑,句法结构与逻辑,文化差异与逻辑三方面阐明了翻译必须合理地运用逻辑思维的形式和方法,方能使译文概念明确,文理通顺,结构严谨。

Logic is the foundation of translation, which studies bilingual transitions and thought patterns of translation. Logic is indispensable to the accuracy, coherence and vividness of translation. This paper covers three aspects： the relationship between lexical comprehension and logic, the relationship between syntactic structure and logic, and the relationship between cultural differences and logic. From the analysis of these three aspects, this paper clarifies that in the course of translation, we should make reasonable use of logical means to achieve clearness, coherence and preciseness.
