Application of Petri Nets in Manpower PlanningDecision Support System

根据人力资源规划的特点，建立了用于人力资源规划的决策支持系统（ＤＳＳ）的框架结构，具体描述了系统的模块组成及其功能，并提出了一种运用Ｐｅｔｒｉ网来实现人力需求与供给相匹配以及政策仿真的新方法，通过以上分析，进而在ＤＳＳ的应用及实现方法等方面得出了一些有益的结论。

In this paper we implement the framework of Manpower Planning DecisionSupport System(MPDSS)according to its characteristics. We describe MPDSS'models and functions in detail.We put forward a new method of using the Petri Nets to match Manpower demandand supply.The method can also be used for policy simulation. From the above study we draw.some useful conclusions on the application of DSS and Petri Nets.
