借鉴西方案例教学法 培训干部领导力 被引量:4

摘要 应把训练和培养领导干部系统思维作为借鉴西方案例教学法,培训干部领导力的重点。案例的记叙性、非结构性、综合性决定受训干部学习、研究案例的过程是形成系统思维的过程;案例教学中的互动讨论有利于受训干部系统思维的拓展、深化与完善;有效实施案例教学法的突破口在于,开发一批高质量案例和聚集一批合格案例教师。
