内隐学习的心理机制对校本教师培训的启示 被引量:2

摘要 内隐学习是一种区别于外显学习的学习过程。内隐学习在校本教师培训中具有高潜力和高效性。内隐学习的自动性、抽象性和高选择性对教师的师德培养、自主性学习和反思性教学等都有重要的启示作用。
