摘要
本文通过对3种集装箱船的10只桨模的系统研究,找出了大侧斜浆的环量分布、纵斜、侧斜和叶剖面形状间的最佳配合;通过叶数对比试验和雷诺数影响试验,找到了一些叶数和雷诺数的作用规律.试验结果表明,按本研究设计的桨,比国外同类型桨的效率约高7%,激振力约低15~16%。
Based on a systematic study done on 10 model propellers of 3 container ships the paper presents the circular distribution of the highly skewed propeller and the optimum relation between longitudinal slanting and blade sectional profile,and through the tests on blade number comparison and effect of Renold Number, the paper discovers the law of functioning of blade Number and Renold number. The have shown propellers designed in this way a higher efficiency of 7% and lower exciting force of 15~16% comparing with similar oversea propellers.
