摘要
34600t载重量油船计建造6艘,其中“大庆75”号船在运行700h后柴油机重要部件发生严重磨损、断裂等现象,怀疑机桨匹配存在问题。为此对螺旋桨设计点、试航工况、营运工况、主机负荷裕度及风浪裕度等进行了复查和分析,证明不存在机桨匹配不当问题,需另找原因。
tankers have been built for this design.Among them the tanker 'Daqing 75'(Hull No. 2627) experienced sevior worn-out, breaking and other troubles to the major components of its main engine after 700 hour runninp, thus rousing a doubt whether something might be wrong with the engine -propeller matching. Careful re-checking and analysis have been conducted to the propeller design point, sea trial condition,service running conditions, main engine power margin and sea margin. Finally it is concluded that the engine-propeller matching is correct and the course lies on other subjects.
