摘要
本文通过溶胶凝胶法制备了纳米SiO2/酚醛树脂,采用红外光谱、X-衍射和热分析对其结构进行了表征。研究表明随着SiO2含量的增加,纳米SiO2/酚醛树脂树脂的热稳定性不断提高,采用纳米SiO2/酚醛树脂制备的树脂磨具的拉伸强度和冲击强度都有所提高。含量10%的纳米SiO2/酚醛树脂的初始热分解温度比纯酚醛树脂提高59℃,由该树脂制备的树脂磨具的拉伸强度比纯酚醛树脂提高14.8%。
Nano - SiO2/phenolic resin composite was synthesized by means of sol - gel process. The microstructure of the nanocomposite was characterized with FT - IR, XRD and DTA - TG. The study showed that the heat - resistance of nano - SiO2/ phenolic resin composite increase significantly with the increase strength of SiO2. The tensile strength and impact strength of super abrasive tools made with nano - SiO2/phenolic resin were increased too. TG analyses showed that the initial heat decomposition temperature of phenolic resin containing 10% nano - SiO2 was improved by 59℃. And the tensile strength of tools made with the above resin was improved by 14.8%.
