水热合成刚玉用于陶瓷膜制备的研究

摘要 陶瓷膜材料由于相对于有机膜具有优异的耐高温、耐酸碱性能和机械强度高等特点,在食品、生物、化工、能源和环保领域应用广泛,本文探讨了用水热合成刚玉微粉制备陶瓷膜的方法,通过采用碱性矿化剂合成水热刚玉微粉并用其作原料制备成陶瓷膜,经实验测试分析,水热合成刚玉微粉化学纯度高,具有良好的粉体性能,易于压制与烧结,可以作为陶瓷膜原料使用。相对于氧化铝陶瓷膜,用水热合成刚玉制备的陶瓷膜具有孔径分布均匀,渗透性能好,耐腐蚀性能强,机械性能高等特点,其制品在使用条件和应用范围更为宽泛。 Compared with organic membrane, ceramic membrane is better in high temperature resistance,acids -alkalis resistance and high mechanic strength. So it is widely used in food, biology, chemical industry, energy sources and environmental protection fields. In the present dissertation, the preparation technique of hydrothermal corundum powder applied in ceramic membrane was studied. In the alkali condition, hydrothermal corundum powder was prepared. Using this powder, ceramic membrane was prepared. The testing results indicated that hydrothermal corundum powder has high chemistry purity and excellent powdered performance. It can be pressed and sintered readily and be used as the raw materials of ceramic membrane. The hydrothermal corundum ceramic membrane is superior to alumina ceramic membrane in pore diameter distribution, permeability performance, corrosion resistance and mechanic strength. The products of hydrothermal corundum ceramic membrane can be used more widely.
